Weekly Occupational Therapist Lead Activity Packs


Our weekly activity packs are thoughtfully designed to inspire joy, spark conversation, and support cognitive stimulation for care home and socially isolated residents. Each resident will receive a pack created by experienced Allied Health Professionals, each promoting wellbeing through meaningful, creative, and social engagement. Our ready-to-use packs make it easy to deliver high-quality, enriching activity opportunities to every resident. We can also offer the supplies required to complete some of the tasks if you don’t already have them, simply place your order via your membership portal or email us.

Pack content

Skill development


Each pack is designed to enhance existing or develop new skills to stimulate individual minds. It also lowers stress and trains fine motor skills which can carry over into promoting independence.

Cognitive & Memory training

Tasks designed to stimulate memory, problem-solving, and concentration. Includes puzzles, logic challenges, and reminiscence games.

Talking Tasks and Mindfulness

Curated to Spark meaningful conversations, laughter, and shared stories with themed prompts and photo-based cues. Gently guided mindfulness aids mood and orientation.

Group Activities


Inclusive games or group task ideas for all ability levels. These have a strong focus on and building connections between service users to reduce isolation, develop friendships and promote sense of belonging.

Live sessions and competitions

Regular competitions and live sessions to encourage networking between service providers and keep residents engaged. Prizes can be won for the individual, the provider or gifted to loved ones.

Easily evidencable structured, varied activities that are meaningful to residents supports CQC wellbeing outcomes.
Activities that challenge the brain promote neuroplasticity and helps to maintain function, even in early Dementia.
Craft and art activities offer a safe space to express emotions, manage anxiety, and experience joy and achievement.
Talking prompts and group activities help form connections between residents and staff, especially for those with communication difficulties.
