Exercise Programmes
6 weeks Intro To Exercise
Our programme commences with an initial 6 weeks gradual introduction to exercise. The aim of this is to establish a baseline exercise tolerance across groups or in those with physical limitations and deconditioning.
12 weeks Graded Exercise
We then progress to 12 weeks of graded exercise. In this phase we introduce resistance to start building strength as well as focusing on core and postural stability. This carries over into balance, mobility and reduced falls.
Extensive Exercise Library
Therapeutic exercise and true activity promotion should be engaging. As in every aspect of life, everyone has different interests and after “graduation” from our initial programme we have various and themed exercise sessions to appeal to all.
Individual and Live sessions
Live sessions are offered to promote networking and connection between service providers. This helps to build consistency and motivation. Individual technique reviews are also available to members of our HCP Consultancy.
